ว่านยาสัก หรือที่มักเรียกกันว่า "มหาว่านยาสัก" คือเครื่องรางประเภทเนื้อผงยาสมุนไพรและว่านวิเศษ ที่ผสมผสานศาสตร์ความเชื่อและไสยเวทระหว่าง พม่า ไทใหญ่ และ ล้านนา เข้าด้วยกัน มีลักษณะเด่นคือการนำว่านยาและผงมวลสารศักดิ์สิทธิ์มาบดรวมกันแล้วแกะสลักหรือกดพิมพ์เป็นรูปทรงต่างๆ (เช่น รูปเทวดา พญาปุริสาท หรือสัตว์หิมพานต์) จากนั้นจะนำมาใช้ในพิธีกรรม "การสักยา" เพื่อลงคาถาอาคมเข้าสู่ร่างกาย หรือใช้พกพาติดตัวครับ
